    PSG系列水成膜泡沫消火栓箱是一种新型的高效低倍数固定式泡沫灭火装置。PSG型泡沫消火栓箱由箱体、微流量管线式比例混合器、泡沫喷枪、不锈钢泡沫液储罐、软管卷盘、消火栓等组成。该装置采用AFFF/3环保型水成膜泡沫灭火剂，当将水成膜泡沫喷射到燃烧液体表面上时，可在烃类物质表面迅速形成一层能抑制其蒸发的水膜，靠泡沫和水膜的双重作用迅速有效地灭火，控制燃烧速度快，不易复燃；灭火效力高，是一般蛋白、氟蛋白泡沫的 2-3倍，储存时间长达8年。其工作原理是在压力水以很高的速度流过泡沫消火栓箱的比例混合器时，比例混合器的室内形成负压，储罐内泡沫液在大气压力作用下通过吸液管进入混合器，与压力水混合成一定比例的混合液，当具有定压力的混合液流到喷枪时使泡沫混合液发泡，从而达到泡沫灭火的效果。当压力水经过比例混合器时，可使水与泡沫液按规定比例混合，经发泡枪产生泡沫扑救有机固体物质、易燃液体、可溶化的固体类火灾。尤其对扑灭木材.棉花和油类火灾更有特殊效能。是地下工程、隧道、加油站、小型油库、汽车库、仓库等理想的消防设施。消防箱尺寸可根据客户要求定制生产。

When the pressure water go through proportioning mixer, it can let water mixed with foam liquid in certain proportion, then put out fire through foam gun on solid commodity, flammable liquid, liquefiable solid fire.
