    SAT系列快开调压、防冻型室外地下消火栓是在普通栓的基础上并对其中关键部位进行了改进，使其更具实用性。在结构上采用了弹簧封闭式排水口，并实现了正压密封，使其具有了：
    SAT series quick-opening pressure regulating, anti-freezing outdoor flush fire hydrant is improved based on normal type and change the key parts, so to have better practicability. Adopt spring sealed outfall on structure, and get positive pressure seal, so it can:
     
    1、开关迅速。仅使扳手旋转4/5周即可完全关闭和开启。
    Quick-opening. Can open or close completely after rotating 4/5 circle by wrench.
     
    2、调压功能。因消防水的压力作用而使内部的减压装置分段开启，先一部分水通过减压装置向上走，在开启一段时间后再开启另一段，从而达到了减压效果。
    Pressure-regulating. Let the decompressor open separately due to the function of fire fighting water, let some water go upward through decompressor, after opening for a while, then open another section, so to release pressure.
